As a new connoisseur, I am really enjoying the intentionality in making coffee in the Chemex coffee pot using these paper filters. I particularly love that these appear to be a more natural, biodegradable option for coffee production, and they really do filter out any bitterness in the coffee, resulting in a fine cup of coffee.
